Whippet Up - creativity unleashed
Whippet Up was formed in October 2017 after several months of talking and planning. The founder members, who have been involved in running community activities in and around the North East of England saw an opportunity to combine their skills, experience and resources.
Whippet Up works with people in a way that involves them in the planning and delivery of the activities they take part in.
Whippet Up organise and run creative activities, workshops, events and training.
These creative activities, workshops, events and training will be targeted at the general public and towards specific groups of people in the community that will benefit from improved wellbeing
Whippet Up also provides the opportunity and framework for wider involvement and active engagement in community festivals and events.
Whippet Up CIC will organise and run creative activities, workshops, events and training that help people and groups contribute to other activities, festivals and events.
Local people will benefit from being more actively involved in the planning and delivery of community events and festivals or in helping build, deliver and organise activities linked to festivals and events.
